 Measurement of ECF sigma35 and sigma30 promoter activity. Fluorescence/OD600 of a construct containing both an ECF sigma35 generating device BBa_K2070013 and ECF sigma 35 inducible GFP generating device BBa_K2070005 was compared to that containing only either one of the devices. *** for P> 0.001 indicates an extremely significant difference between the induced and uninduced state. |
